What “registered” means

The registry includes core checks, enrichment providers, staged datasets, and optional modules. Actual report availability depends on production flags, provider health, documented geographic coverage, source rights, geometry, and processing limits. This public page does not promise that every source will return evidence for every property.

Federal GIS does not conclusively provide title, ownership, recorded easements, legal access, local code interpretation, permits, utility commitments, water rights, survey evidence, or present field conditions. Those matters remain separate even when a national contextual dataset exists.
